• Phone number
• Company name
• Password (encrypted)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)
• Job and task details you enter into the system
• SMS messages sent and received through our Service

We automatically collect certain information:

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage data (features used, time spent, interactions)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service

SMS Communications and Consent

When you create a TackPilot account at app.tackpilot.com or tackpilot.com, you must provide your mobile phone number as part of the registration process.

During registration, you will see the following disclosure immediately above the phone number field: "By providing your phone number and creating an account, you agree to receive SMS notifications about job assignments, task updates, schedule changes, and account-related messages from TackPilot. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

By completing account registration with your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from TackPilot including:

• New job assignments
• Task updates and completions
• Schedule changes and deadline reminders
• Payment confirmations and processing updates
• Account alerts and responses to your inquiries

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from TackPilot
• Disabling SMS notifications in your account dashboard settings
• Contacting support at hello@tackpilot.com

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and account settings. These are transactional notifications only - we do not send marketing messages via SMS.

Standard Rates

Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. TackPilot does not charge for SMS notifications, but your carrier may apply standard messaging rates.

How we share your information

We share your information with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS delivery), AWS (hosting and infrastructure)
• Within Your Organization: Other users in your company account can see shared job and task information
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@tackpilot.com.
